The following applies to all rental venues;

Use of illegal drugs or underage drinking is strictly prohibited on O.V.F.C. property. In the event of any instance involving illegal drugs
or underage drinking, the event will be shut down and the loss of all fees and deposit will be forfeited. And Police will be notified.

Any damage to any items or property of Oakland Volunteer Fire Company made available will be the responsibility of the renter.

Costs incurred due to negligence (such as but not limited to; leaving windows open or water running) will be responsibility of the renter.

Hall Rental

Hall Size: 60x80
Seating Capacity: 200

Fees / Cost:
Security deposit of $50
Will be returned in full after inspection by a station member verifying no issues

$250 for an event of 4 hours.
$25 for each hour after (whether use of partial or full hour)

Included Items:
Tables, chairs, serving area, range top, coffee maker, refrigerator.
Additionally trash can liners will be made available.

Available extra rentals:
Bar with space for two keg taps.

Hall rentals are currently on hold.

Pavilion Rental
Fees / Cost:
Rental cost is $150 for a full day
There are no partial day rentals, rental is for 9AM to 9PM

Included Items/Amenities:
Trash cans (bags will be made available)
Propane Grill (Propane tanks are not included)
Bathroom access can be made available
Pavilion has lighting for evening use

Notable Mentions:
You are responsible for cleaning up, please do so and keep the pavilion clean.
Alcohol and music are permitted within reason, please do not disturb neighbors.
