Oakland Volunteer Fire Company - Station 6 - Serving Stonycreek Township in Cambria County
Oakland Volunteer Fire Company was founded in 1933 with a goal to establish and provide volunteer fire protection
services to Stonycreek Township and we continue to do so today, as well as including the area of Lorain Borough.
We are a total volunteer, all-hazards, silver rated fire company with over 80% of our volunteers certified to state
and/or national standards so to safely provide quick, professional and trained responses to all incidents we're called upon.
We operate heavily upon fundraising, donations, grants and of course volunteers to maintain efficient operations.
Our communities are a huge portion of our support, and we continue to be grateful to all those helping us exist and operate.
We run a monthly training night which is open to all members of other stations that would like to participate.
The training schedule and information for our current year can be found under our Training Page.
If any stations wish to host specialized training or to utilize our equipment or facilities, please Contact Us.
