Hall and Pavilion Rental Information

The following applies to all rental venues;

Use of illegal drugs or underage drinking is strictly prohibited on OVFC property. In the event of any instance involving illegal drugs or underage drinking, the event will be shut down and the loss of all fees and deposit will be forfeited, and Police will be notified.

Any damage to any items or property of Oakland Volunteer Fire Company made available will be the responsibility of the renter.

Costs incurred due to negligence (such as but not limited to; leaving windows open or water running) will become responsibility of the renter.

Pavilion

Hall Size: 60x80
Seating Capacity: 200

Rental cost is $200 plus a $100 security deposit for a full day
Renting party will agree to liability for any expenses from irresponsibility

Included Items:
Tables, chairs, serving area, range top, coffee maker, refrigerator.
Additionally trash can liners will be made available.

Available extra rentals:
Mini-bar with two kegerators (extra $75 fee for post-cleaning and new CO2 gas).

Trash cans (bags will be made available)
Propane Grill (Propane tanks are not included)
Bathroom access can be made available
Pavilion has lighting for evening use

Notable Mentions:
You are responsible for cleaning up, please do so and keep the pavilion clean.
Alcohol and music are permitted within reason, please do not disturb our neighbors.
