Our Training Schedule, Opportunities and Request for Training
We currently hold in-house training on the 4th Monday of every month at 18:30 (6:30PM)
Members from other stations are always welcome to take part in our training.

Training Opportunities
We support training interests of all of our personnel. We actively work to provide updated training classes/courses in the area and provide funding towards them to further skills and certifications in fire and medical related programs.
In 2025 we were awarded an AFG micro-grant that included funding towards the following;
- Certification for 5 personnel in NFPA 1001 Firefighter I
- Certification for 5 personnel in NFPA 1006 Vehicle Rescue (A/O/T)
- Certification for 10 personnel in NFPA 470/1072 Hazmat Awareness & Ops
Any personnel that find training they wish to take may do so and get reimbursed after passing or request funding towards the training if justified.
